Products are described and photographed with as much detail as possible. Please note that our items are handmade to order and that some irregularities are to be expected. Please email before purchase with questions or to request samples (nominal charge).

Shipping Information

Our products are packed with recycled or recylable materials.

A parcel service will be used to send out your new shade. They will be well packaged to avoid damage.

Delivery should take within 1-3 days.

Please keep in mind that at busy periods this should act as a guide.

Lampshades are diffiuclt and often fragile to send. We do our best to ensure that they arrived in good order. Any problems on receipt delievery please send photos of the box and goods to us via email as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Our items are handmade to your order. This reduces fabric and material waste. Please ensure that you have satisfied any questions prior to placing your order to reduce the chances of surprise. Colours on screens can look very different and we recommend that you order a sample to be 100% certain.

If you find that immediatly after placing your order there is a mistake please contact us immediatley and we will endevour to correct the problem.

Please note that items handmade are done so to your order are exempt from cancellations, returns and exchanges. We will always try and resolve any issues you have with your purchase.
